We’ll start by talking through what you need: the towns you’re considering, your budget, timing, and the features that matter most. If you’ll finance, it helps to speak with a lender early about pre-approval.

I’ll send you homes that match your list and help you compare neighborhoods, commutes, and the trade-offs between them.

Tour and evaluate
We’ll tour homes together, and I’ll point out what to look at, from layout and condition to questions about flood zones, taxes, and upkeep.

Make a strong offer
I’ll review recent sales with you, help you decide on price and terms, and negotiate on your behalf.

Inspections, appraisal, and attorney review
Once your offer is accepted, I coordinate the next steps and keep you informed about every deadline along the way.

Closing day
A final walkthrough, the signing, and the keys. I’m with you through the finish.
